No analytics or marketing trackers

This build contains no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or marketing cookies. The campaign renderer reads a same-origin JSON file and does not report impressions or clicks.

Essential preference storage

The site uses browser local storage to remember that a reader saved the privacy preference notice. The record contains a schema version, a choice and a timestamp. It stays on the device until the reader clears storage or the site changes the consent version.

Interface choices

The menu and consent components may use transient browser state to manage visibility, focus and scroll locking. They do not create a user profile or send behavioural data to the publisher.

Changing a choice

Use the Cookie preferences button in the footer to reopen the panel. Saving again replaces the local record. Clearing local storage through browser settings removes the record entirely.

Campaign rendering

The sponsored-content component fetches a same-origin JSON file only. It does not count a view, set a campaign identifier or call a remote advertising platform. An external destination receives a normal browser request only after a reader chooses the sponsored link.

Hosting considerations

A production content-delivery network, security service or hosting platform may set strictly necessary cookies or process request metadata outside this package. The production owner must inspect that configuration, document it accurately and update the notice before launch.

Browser controls and accessibility

Readers can also manage site data through their browser settings, including viewing or clearing local storage. Blocking preference storage does not prevent access to editorial pages, although the notice may reappear. The preference panel is keyboard operable, can be reopened from the footer and does not require acceptance of non-essential technologies.

Future changes

Analytics or marketing technologies must not be added without a new assessment, an accurate notice and any required consent mechanism. The production owner should review hosting-level cookies and security services because they are outside this static package.

Professional review

This notice describes the supplied code, not every possible production environment. It should be reviewed with the privacy notice and hosting configuration before launch.
